Is there a way that I can find out more about an item?When you find an item that interests you and you wish to know more about it, simply click on the picture or name of the item for more details. Following this link will provide customers with a description of the product, a larger picture and more in-depth purchasing options. How do I know if an item is in stock?Items are in stock and available for purchase if you have the option to add the item to your shopping cart. If the Add to Cart icon is listed below the item it means that the item is in stock. The absence of this icon means that the item is not in stock. Out-of-stock items will also be noted in the product description. How do I use the shopping cart?Whenever you use the Add to Cart link below an item, that item is automatically placed inside your Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart lets you know which items you intend to purchase and in what quantities. If the items and quantities are not to your satisfaction, you have the ability to edit and update your choices before going any further. You then have the option to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout where the remainder of your order will be completed. How do I place an order?To begin the checkout process you can choose to create a new account or login to an existing account. If you are creating a new account, you will be asked to submit your shipping and billing information along with your email address and daytime phone number. You will then be asked to check over all your information carefully to make sure there are no mistakes. You will also be asked to give PartyMart.com the name and date of the event you are ordering for. Then proceed to enter your credit card information to finalize the purchase. Why is it important to give PartyMart.com the date of my event?It is absolutely essential that PartyMart.com be aware of your event date to ensure that your order arrives on time. If there are complications between the date of your event and the requested shipping, PartyMart.com will contact you with alternatives to make sure your order arrives on time. Your shipping chart says I won't receive my package by the date of my event, how can I get a faster UPS shipping option?If after checking our UPS ground chart (link to shipping page chart) you realize that you will require an alternate method of shipping to ensure that your order arrives on time, please call our customer service representatives to arrange for a faster UPS shipping option. Payment is requested upon the completion of the order process. You will be asked to give your credit card information, which will be charged at the time of shipment. If there are any errors in the charges being made by PartyMart.com, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives immediately to have these problems corrected. How do I know that my purchase has been confirmed?Upon the completion of your transaction you will receive a confirmation email containing your order confirmation number. When your item has shipped and your credit card has been charged you will receive another email informing you. How do I make changes to or cancel my order?In the event that changes need to be made or an order needs to be cancelled, customer service must be contacted before the order has finished processing. Changes and cancellations cannot be made after this point and any cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
